Greets and serves alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks to guests to enhance guest enjoyment of the Casino. Essential Job Functions: • Greet and serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner; • Receive and understand beverage orders and relay drink orders to bartenders; • Know what brands of liquor, beer, and wine we offer as “comped” beverages; • Carry and balance a full tray of beverages; • Keep glasses picked up, area clear of paper, and other debris, as time permits; • Circulate throughout assigned work station on a continuous basis; • Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person -- never a beer and a shot; • Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay up-to-date on care training; • Other reasonable duties as assigned
