Excellent Benefits We Offer to Full-Time Team Members after 30 days: Medical Dental Vision 10 days of PTO per calendar year - begins accruing after 90 days 401K with company matching ($0.50 per $1.00 up to 6%) Employer paid basic Life Insurance ($50,000) Accident and Voluntary Life Insurance Long-Term Disability and Critical Illness Insurance Spending Accounts Responsibilities Perform tasks as described on the opening, shift, and closing checklists Ensure daily opening and closing of the site are on schedule and that standards and procedures are maintained Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash tunnel and grounds Lead the team in loading and prepping vehicles as they enter the car wash Act as a safety ambassador by following and enforcing site safety guidelines Understand incident reporting and safe chemical handling procedures according to site safety specifications Display willingness or enthusiasm to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions for periods of time Develop an understanding of XPT operations, functions, and troubleshooting procedures Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests, with the intent to create long-lasting customer relationships Promote to customers, and assist them with, the Hurricane Express Wash mobile app and memberships Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills (required) Sales experience is a bonus Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
