Description Our Customer Experience Associate position gives a unique opportunity for those stay at home parents with school age children, retirees, college students, or home schooled high school students to work a flexible schedule in a fun environment. A true hospitality professional, the Customer Experience Associate performs guest service duties for during our peak periods of breakfast (approximately 5am-10:30am), the lunch peak period (approximately 10:30am-2pm), or dinner (approximately 4:30pm-10pm). You will help to serve our guests by delivering their orders inside via mobile pickup, inside in the dining room, or in the drive-thru. In each of our dining platforms, walking and standing for extended periods of time are required. There is also the possibility of working outside for periods of the shift. We want our guests to experience the UTMOST in customer service by having individuals that can provide unique and memorable experiences for them.
