Our Client is seeking a senior associate to join their Business Law group. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of business law experience, preferably in the M&A and/or corporate financing space. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication, research and writing skills, and the ability to analyze a wide range of business law issues and produce practical and creative solutions to achieve client goals. Candidates must be able to thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment and possess exceptional research and drafting skills.
