Job description
At ABCD & Company (ABCD), we reimagine the way our clients do marketing and events. Our team of inspiring leaders is dedicated to "Think Brand and Think Big". We are looking to expand that team with a talented, experienced, and enthusiastic Senior Social & Digital Advertising Specialist. This individual will report directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience working across a multitude of digital channels including web, social, display, email, and search. Additionally, they will possess strong expertise in media planning and buying, data, analytics, and reporting skills. The essence of this role is to increase brand awareness and affinity and drive ROI for ABCD and its clients using creative multichannel and omnichannel approaches. This requires a passionate and consummate collaborator who can work closely with many internal and external cross-functional teams including leadership, business development, marketing, creative, and public relations.
A day in the life includes examining, creating, and managing integrated digital marketing advertising and communication strategies and campaigns across various digital channels, improving digital marketing campaign ROI by using KPIs to monitor and adjust strategy and campaigns as needed, communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and participating in strategy meetings with marketing and creative teams.
Senior Social & Digital Advertising Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with ABCD and client business objectives, target audience preferences, behaviors, and needs.
Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search, display, and video to reach target audiences online and promote events, products, services, and initiatives.
Provide recommendations for how to grow organic social media accounts for ABCD and our clients, including content creation and community management.
Manage and optimize the website and other online properties, including landing pages and microsites, to improve user experience, drive conversions, and integrate with relevant tech stack tools.
Analyze campaign performance data using relevant tools social media management tools, CRM/Marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams, including research, creative, events, and business development, to ensure timely delivery of digital assets that align with ABCD and our client's brand and messaging.
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to improve digital marketing performance.
Produce high-quality campaign reporting and data visualizations to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommendations for optimizations to improve ROI.
Key Competencies:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving business results, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs and objectives.
Experience with email marketing and social media platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Brandwatch, and Meltwater.
Detail-oriented and excellent project and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
An outgoing personality and collaborative team player.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with Google business tools such as Analytics, Tag Executive, Data Studio, and Search Console
Passion for digital marketing and advertising, and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
Experience planning and managing programmatic, digital ad buys, a plus.
