Job Title: Call Center Representative Salary: Starting at $19/hour Location: Fresno, CA (Bullard area) Schedule: 3 designated days of the workweek from 12PM to 9PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Why join us? Job Details The Call Center Representative is a Non-Exempt position and reports to the Call Center Supervisor. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and courtesy with every patient interaction. Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service to patients Handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Scheduling appointments according to established guidelines and informing patients about healthcare services Ensuring that no patient is denied an appointment and utilizing all available resources to secure one Promptly reporting any potential patient concerns or complaints to the supervisor Possessing comprehensive knowledge of financial programs, registration, and insurance verification Registering patients for appointments and collecting updated insurance and demographic information Providing patients with detailed information on items they need to bring for their appointments Informing patients about any co-pays that need to be paid during the appointment Directing calls to the appropriate department or health center Qualifications: B-Lingual (English/Spanish) required 2 years of experience in customer service and/or call center Knowledge in scheduling or call center environment preferred Excellent telephone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously High School Diploma Valid Drivers License Weekend availability If interested and meet the qualifications, we want to hear from you!
