Responsibilities: + Champion the KDN Audit program and each new service and solutions + Provide subject matter expertise to validate the services and solutions that will form part of the delivery model + Define business processes that will maximize quality and provide a seamless experience for member firms + Develop assets for use in delivery (e.g., technology, templates, frameworks) to ensure a standardized service that delivers consistency + Partner with the KDN ESG Solutions Lead, KDN Solutions Lead and Global stakeholders and other key leaders to resolve major issues and concerns; partner with change and communications professionals to develop both training materials, as well as an effective member firm activation and adoption program + Transition into the ESG Assurance delivery center team once established, shaping a new team to deliver high quality specialist support to member firms and clients Qualifications: + Minimum five years of recent and significant experience in sustainability assurance or a related field + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a relevant business discipline essential or equivalent work experience + Experience delivering ESG/Sustainability Assurance engagements + Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset + Able to work with geographically diverse teams, work through obstacles, complexity, and uncertainty to reach our collective goals + Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple deliverables with conflicting deadlines KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
