Ready to help us transform healthcare? Bring your true colors to blue. The Integrated Marketing Manager: Omnichannel (IMM) is a results-driven marketer with expertise across all digital channels. The IMM will leverage that expertise to develop omnichannel recommendations across digital channels to include, but not limited to, email, SMS, inbox messaging, search, web and social media. Recommendations will be made in coordination with integrated marketing and channel leads and adhere to omnichannel best practices and increasing engagement, customer retention and building loyalty in both the B2B and B2C segments. Working closely with the Omni and Enterprise Technology teams, they will also ensure content is executed across all channels and reaches audiences with the right message through the right channel at the right time according to plan. In addition, the IMM will provide reporting requirements to partner teams across channels to ensure timely reporting for performance measurement and campaign optimization. This position is eligible for the following personas: eWorker, mobile, resident. Responsibilities: Manage omnichannel marketing activities, including translating overarching campaign strategy into appropriate into channel execution plans, coordination of creative execution, reporting, sequencing, and optimization with partner teams Educate the organization on channel best practices, applicable usage of each channel, and how channels can be used to complement one another in holistic campaign development Helps guide creative execution through briefs for digital channels (email, SMS, inbox, etc.) and through close collaboration with Integrated Marketing Lead(s) and overarching campaign strategy to ensure channel creative and digital landing experiences are developed in a customer-centric tone/voice, align to larger product or brand campaign goals and channel best practices, and are seamlessly connected Acts as lead on email, SMS, and other key digital channels and primary partner to Omni and Enterprise Technology teams to coordinate channel campaign execution Formulates and executes test strategies focused on improving key metrics Develops and implements reporting processes to track program performance in coordination with analytics partners Works closely with Channel Marketing Coordinator to manage calendar for omnichannel campaigns ensuring the latest activities are reflected and shared with relevant stakeholders. Initiates and implements channel growth strategies for B2C and B2B markets that drive organic growth of email and SMS subscriber bases Leverages analytics data to measure results, gain insights into campaign performance, and optimize channel performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise and effectiveness across audiences and channels. (Email, SMS, website, social, mobile etc.) Past experience actively leading email, SMS, and other digital channels with deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, organized, multi-tasker who works well under pressure with ability to manage complex projects to produce high-quality, effective campaigns Strategic thinker who is analytical and able to derive meaning from data and make sound recommendations for communication optimization Impressive communication and presentation skills for multiple management levels, including senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to make sound business recommendations and decisions. Demonstrated success as an internal and external business partner to key stakeholders Understanding marketing automation systems. Past experience/exposure to Redpoint, SendGrid, Twilio, Adobe Analytics a plus Healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA privacy a plus. This job is also eligible for variable pay.
