About the opportunity:
The Manager, Supply Chain Logistics develops sustainable strategies providing reliable material availability to our hospital and Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
This position reviews and assesses applicable financial, clinical, and operational data, to ensure material is in the right place at the right time. This position will also supervise a Buyer and Inventory Specialists
What you will do:
Plans supply delivery schedules, staffing for put-away, pick processes and delivery for warehouse facilities.
Supports, cost effective care, results-oriented project outcomes and supply chain best practices.
Facilitates the resolution of clinical, supply distribution and product validation issues resulting from the standardization, or introduction, of products
Coordinates the development, deployment, and analysis of Supply Chain Dashboard
Coordinates strategies for process improvement and cost savings opportunities related to improved product, technology, and processes.
Resolves invoicing and purchase order issues
Accountable for communicating upcoming changes, issues and trends related to material availability to clinical Leadership and Department Directors in a timely clear and concise manner.
Supervises Buyer(s) and Inventory Specialists to ensures new product master data load into enterprise resource planning, and procurement systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Responds to vendor product recalls
Role models the principles of a Just Culture.
Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

What you will need:
Experience: 2 years of experience in procurement, contracting or materials management
1 years of project management or continuous improvement experience
2 years working knowledge of supply chain management
2 years of supervisory experience
License(s): N/A
Certification(s): Preferred certification in Lean or Six Sigma improvement methodologies
Computer / Typing: Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferred: Business Administration, Operations or Liberal Arts.
Pay is based upon relevant education and experience.
Pay Range:
$73,432.63 - $104,913.33 USD
