Position Responsibilities: Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies. This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher. More than 1 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management. More than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts. More than 1 year of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions. More than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliers. More than 1 year of experience working on a Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposal. Typical Education/Experience: Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
