RASS Support Specialist – Bachelor Level Job Type(s):Full-Time, Part-Time Location(s):Bangor, Maine Licenses/Certifications:MHRT/C Sign-On Bonus:$2000 Education:Bachelors degree Job Description Family support specialist staff must have minimally enough credit hours to equivalate to an associate’s degree and be able to obtain their MHRT/CSP upon hire. Expected to have experience working with children and families. You will work with the families in their homes on remaining safe in the home, coping strategies, parenting skills, connecting to resources, etc. You will have the support of clinical level staff through your direct supervisor or clinical back up throughout your work. Not a typical Monday – Friday 8am -5pm schedule, you make your own hours with the families you serve. CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
