Job description
To Lead Conceptualization, Planning, Design, Quality Assurance, Implementation and Support of Global Technology Solutions. Provide Services to Internal Customers, Such As: Business Expertise, Requirements and Application Design, Quality Assurance, Implementation and Support, And Application Support. To Provide Input into The Design of Business Analysis Standards and Practices. To Review Exception Requests and Escalate Any Warranted Exceptions to Management for Review and Approval. Perform Peer Work Product Reviews and Mentor Business Analysts. To Lead the Transformation of Business Processes and Operational Tools to Enable Global Excellence.
Bachelor degree or equivalent* in Engineering, Business, Info Systems, Computer Science, or other Quantitative Discipline plus 5 years in the job offered or 5 years of experience selecting the appropriate techniques to accomplish Business Analysis and in a minimum of 3 of the following: application development/maintenance, application/technology support, business data management, systems requirements analysis, requirements documentation, IT standards/processes, software design, software quality assurance, systems integration, systems project management, test automation/SLDC expertise, test/usecase development, test planning/coordination OR Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Info Systems, Computer Science, Or Other Quantitative Discipline plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience with selecting the appropriate techniques to accomplish business analysis and in a minimum of 3 of the following: application development/maintenance, application/technology support, business data management, systems requirements analysis, requirements documentation, IT standards/processes, software design, software quality assurance, systems integration, systems project management, test automation/SLDC expertise test/usecase development, test planning/coordination in lieu of a Bachelor degree or equivalent* plus 5 years of experience. Must have experience with the following: Understanding, processing and interpreting very large and complex transportation network data using SQL Developer, and MySQL software; Experience working large application modernization projects involving Critical Thinking problem solving techniques; Practical use of Tableau or Spotfire with developing Data Visualization, Dashboards, and Data Views; SAFE/Agile Product Management expertise with experience communicating with Business Areas, Systems Users & Technical Developers for requirements and software development. *Employer will accept one year directly related work experience in lieu of one year of education.
