Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines Department in Denver, Colorado !
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Respond to phone and email requests from clients and internal staff
Process daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned clients
Validate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits & cancellations
Keep up-to-date follow up system for correspondence/requests
Maintain up-to-date renewal expiration reports
Invoice of policies, endorsements, audits and cancellations as required
Market new and renewal policies
Cross-sell to current clients
Prepare of proposals, applications, premium finance agreements etc.
Enter all required data into the agency management system to maintain current file data on all accounts
Attach all documents to the agency management system via the eTFile document management software
Pursue a course of personal, professional development
Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
Minimum 3+ years’ Commercial Lines experience, required
Colorado P&C License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
WHAT WE OFFER:
Expected pay range of $55,000 to $80,000
