We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Reps to join Medline%26rsquo;s Homecare customer service team in Libertyville, IL. In this high-volume call center position, you will be receiving inbound calls from patients, their family members/caretakers, and/or nurses and representatives from home health agencies in order to assist with medical supply order placement and product inquiries.
Average call volume of 60-70 inbound calls per day
Placing orders for in-home medical supplies
Assisting callers with product selection based upon individual need and insurance eligibility
Following up on order status by tracking shipment, missing documentation, or insurance eligibility issues
Comprehensive training classes begin every 4-6 weeks
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Training Schedule (3-4 weeks) , 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday schedule after training
Our ideal candidate will be customer focused, empathetic, an efficient multi-tasker, and able to keep up with our fast paced environment. Strong computer proficiency will be required for this position, including, navigation of several screens and programs at once and quick and accurate data entry. (Computer proficiency assessment will be required) Our call center is currently operating 100% remotely. All positions will be Work from Home until approximately October 2021 and will then return to our Libertyville office location. $17.50+/hour with additional monthly bonus opportunity Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 1 year related experience (customer service or health care).
