Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function as a regional supervisor Monday – Friday days to manage staff; oversee training, orientation, nursing care, compliance, staffing and employee relations. The Area Home Care Coordinator works collaboratively with the State Educator, Regional Clinical Director and site clinical leadership team to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated caregivers.
Qualifications
BS/AA/diploma in Nursing with at least 12 months of RN experience (6 months in hemodialysis) needed. Must have valid state nursing license, BLS certification, driver's license, able to travel to local area sites and lift up to 50 pounds.
