JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee Fire Protection Systems service and installation for all types ofnew and existing projects. Projects willinclude Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code,design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations& material lists forfire sprinkler systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Understand design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems
Hydraulic Calculations
Field Surveying
Understand listing of system piping for fabrication
Coordination for installation between trades
Managing cost and understanding budgets
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
NICET certification preferred but not required
General mechanical knowledge
Experience in Fire Protection Installation, service or Design
Successfully complete a drug screen, background check and MVR check
Possess and maintain a valid drivers license in accordance withCompany guidelines
ADDITIONAL PREFERREDEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Must work in an efficient manner
Demonstrated competency in verbal and written businesscommunication skills.
Able to complete documentation and administrative duties asnecessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office
