The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for ensuring legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws and advises on required policy updates. Investigates employee relations concerns including but not limited to the categories of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hours. Promotes development and retention as an advocate for employees and partners to the business units by identifying and clarifying issues, collaborating on potential solutions, implementing selected solutions to facilitate positive outcomes. Champions diversity of thought and culture throughout the enterprise.
