Overview Junction Prep Cook will be working assisting Chef's of the Junction. They will work with the Chef's daily on different tasks that need to be completed in the Kitchen. This includes, but is not limited to, slicing/dicing vegetables, prepping Lunch Menus, helping with commissary items and inventory of products.
Responsibilities Assist chefs with Prep work in Junction Kitchen
Operate kitchen equipment
Work 7am-11am M-F
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications Basic knowledge of and be able be able to operate all typical kitchen equipment including: Fryer, flame grill, flattop griddle, range, convection oven, steamer and steam kettle
Proper refrigerator process, rotation and general management
Food handlers permit
Previous experience is required

Advertised Salary $11.00 per hour or based on Experience ADA Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.
