Description
Essential Duties as Cook:
Prepare food items as indicated on menus & production sheets provided
Record daily food, freezer, and cooler temperatures
Schedule and direct food preparation
Clean kitchen and equipment
Maintain safety and sanitation requirements
Standardize and develop recipes
Other duties as needed
Qualifications as Cook:
Must be able to stand for long periods and walk short distances
Must be able to stoop and kneel depending on the job
Must be able to reach and lift kitchen equipment
Must be able to lift up to 85 lbs.
Education and Experience:
Previous food service experience helpful but not required (Training will be provided)
