FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.
This position is responsible for performing maintenance for our commercial customers and performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems while utilizing our technology and great customer service to provide a superior experience for our customers.
Education and Experience
1-2 years of Facility Service Maintenance Technician Level I experience; 3 years commercial plumbing
Plumbing Apprenticeship certification, and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience
High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Plumbing license a plus
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Technical Skills – has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with and repair:
Efficiently use Trade Specific Tools
Basic use of Cable Drain Cleaning
Basic use of Jetting Drain Cleaning Equipment
Basic Electrical
Basic Pump Lift Station Diagnosis/Repairs
Basic Water Heater Diagnosis and Repairs
Basic Plumbing Fixture installation
