This position is responsible for leading and developing the Shared Services Pricing Team. The Pricing Supervisor will partner with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and communicating price calendars and cost files. Will ensure implementation of customer pricing strategies and market and competitor analysis, profitability analysis, and revenue simulation models.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading and developing the Shared Services Pricing Team. People or Process Management Responsibility: Varies

People or Process Management Responsibility: Pricing team leadership

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• College degree preferred
• Distribution industry experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies
• Maintain accurate up-to-date pricing expectations with team
• Develop, coordinate and maintain multiple pricing projects
• Maintain rapport with internal cross-functional teams
• Manage reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals
• Support suppliers and key customers in pricing communication
• Training and development of Pricing Team

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of related Finance or Accounting experience
• 1 to 2 years of management experience
• 1 year experience with pricing principles and pricing analysis and pricing strategies
• Proficient in Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills, quantitative skills and problem solving skills.
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
