The Role

As Project Manager, you will manage through projects for 3D Retail Displays (including 2D creative) and be responsible for following client’s brief, and coordinating specialist resources to ensure projects run in an efficient and profitable way. Within each project, you will take a central role in developing the project strategy, directly influencing the company’s turnover and profit.


  • Project budget – produce project cost estimations that accurately reflect the client brief. Maintain a current bill of materials throughout the project monitoring project margins in comparison to estimate.
  • Project planning – create a detailed project plan to meet deadlines ensuring timely delivery of all project steps. Evaluate risks and create solutions for unexpected deviations in budget, quality, and delivery time.
  • Product development – evaluate the feasibility of the design intent versus the budget ensuring best value for money solutions.
  • Customer focus – communicate with clients regarding technical solutions and production updates.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Experience

  • An understanding of manufacturing techniques, materials, and processes.
  • Able to understand CAD drawings.
  • Experience of design project management, ideally in POS in the retail industry or else a similar installation industry.
  • Experience of managing clients and suppliers.
  • Experience of using project management software.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Project management certification such as PRINCE or PMP ideally.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
