About The Job
We are actively seeking a Retail Sales Representative that is responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers, evaluate customer's needs, deliver a sales presentation tailored toward those needs and closing the sale with a signed contract.
What You Can Expect To Do:
Provide evaluations of customer's existing materials via visual and physical inspection including, but not limited to, an attic inspection
Measure and create a bid for the customer's project
Articulate the features and benefits of our products and services to our customers in a sales presentation
Apply closing techniques to help overcome objections and find solutions to problems that allow and encourage our customers to move forward with us on a "same-day-close" scenario
Accurately and thoroughly complete necessary paperwork, including finance documents and contracts, finalize a sale
Provide any necessary follow-up or customer service that is required by your manager and/or the customer
Participating in trade shows to include setup, breakdown, and execution
Contribute to leads for overall lead count
Be on-call to provide estimates Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm and Saturdays from 9am-2pm

What Your Background Looks Like:
Minimum of two years of related experience is preferred
Experience in residential products or construction is preferred or equivalent experience in a similar industry
Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish customer relationships quickly
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with all external and internal customers in a positive manner
Demonstrates a proactive approach and is flexible with change or ambiguity
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize all, iOS devices
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Travel up to 100% of the time
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees and customers in the English language. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The consultant is frequently required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee will be traveling up to 90 percent of the time to visit customer job sites and employee must be able to operate a tablet and iPhone or other electronic devices.
