Position Summary:
The Sales Force Administrator will be responsible for all things Sales Force from development and testing, to assisting with architecture and design of the Salesforce application. This role is responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, creativity and improvement of our Salesforce HealthCloud CRM instance.

Key Responsibilities*

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ensure consistent alignment of Sales, Referral Intake, and local sites to optimize the referral Intake and sales process with a focus on improving and evolving the efficiency and depth of analytics associated with Sales and Intake specifically.
  • Provide Sales and Referral Intake with accurate reporting on the organization's key performance indicators on a consistent basis including actionable steps to improve the experience delivered to current and future customers
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • As a Salesforce Administrator you’ll drive everything from development and testing, to assisting with architecture and design of the Salesforce application
  • In your role as a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, using workflow, flow and process builder to design and implement business process logic and automation
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage data loads and data governance within the platform
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to design the best solution following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset

Required Knowledge and Skills*

  • Minimum three – five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • (Preferred) experience with HealthCloud
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements.*

  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required
  • CRM Analytics, UX Design, Dashboarding/Reporting (Preferred)
  • Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
