Express Recruitment are excited to be working alongside one of the UK’s finance technology firms.

Due to exciting developments across our client’s digitalisation journey, they are seeking a highly analytic, intuitive and attentive Technical Writer to join their Digital Workplace team.

This is a 6-month contract initially with potential for extension. The role is paid at a day rate of up to £400 (Inside IR35). This role offers full remote working flexibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to obtain key information and ensure it is stored correctly
Utilise Confluence tools daily to store run books and key company data
Utilise new management system tools such as ServiceNow to effectively track and categorise IT service delivery requests and increase visibility across APAC regions
Collaborate with members based across the APAC, EMEA and UK region and ensure full visibility and alignment of processes across all three regions
Analyse and interpret varying data sets to identify trends and patterns that can help to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrable experience working as a Technical Writer, ideally with experience in the IT sector
Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with in depth knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations and best practice
Demonstrable proficiency with Confluence management tools essential
Experienced working with ServiceNow desirable
Highly analytical, with the ability to read and interpret large data sets
First class communication and interpersonal skills on all levels
Ability to efficiently resolve complex problems in a calm and professional manner
Ability to make crucial decisions based on key data research
Effective stakeholder relationship skills
Confident working effectively under pressure and working to tight deadlines
