Do you offer free trial?

Yes! Contact us on LinkedIn for free trial. Please note we can only allow one job post as free trial for 5 days. You will need to sign up with your work email for free trial.

How to post a job or jobs on Remote Age?

Sign up or Login as an Employer > Go to "Post a Job" at the top and choose the required package, make the payment and post your job(s) with all the necessary details. We will manually review the job listing(s) and send you a notification once the job listing(s) are approved and live on the site. Please keep an eye out for all the notification emails.

Manual review of the the job listing(s) is a decision we've made to combat fake/phishing jobs making it to our website. If we find out that the job listing(s) are fake or phishing attempts, you won't receive a refund and we will be forced to delete the job(s) you tried to post including your account without notice.

How to edit or update the job listing(s) that went live?

Please see screenshot below.

The above screenshot is only for your reference. Go to your job listing(s) and click on "Update" and make the necessary changes. Easy.

Where can I see job applications from candidates from my Employer account?

See screenshot below. Under "Job Applications" section you will be able to find all the job applications you have received from the candidates.


I want my job listing(s) "Apply" button to lead to an external ATS instead of receiving job applications to my account. How?

At the time of posting your job(s), you will have the option to either accept job applications to your account or add an external link. Choose the correct option.

What are job credits?

Job credits are no different than job listings. We used such terms exclusively to make sure the employers subscribed to our "Startup" plan understand that they can always use the job credits within the given time frame. Please see our pricing page for more info.

Do you offer custom pricing?

If you require more than 5 job credits, then we can definitely assist you and offer you a custom quote based on your job posting requirements. We accept XML feeds - our job board is capable of handling thousands of jobs in minutes. Please reach out to sales@remoteage.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe is our preferred payment gateway partner. We also accept wire transfer, but if you choose to pay for the job listing(s) via wire transfer, it needs to be informed to us prior to signing up as an employer because we can set up your account for you, which will all be communicated via email. Stripe is going to be a straight forward process for the employers.

Can we cancel our subscription(s) anytime?

Yes, you are free to cancel your subscription anytime. Please note if you haven't used all the job credits per your subscription plan, they are available to you only until the end of the subscription period.

Do you send email alerts or newsletters?

No, we do not send email alerts, newsletters or job alerts.

I am not happy with the purchase. Do you offer a refund?

No refunds. Please contact us for free trial on LinkedIn.
