  • What are job credits?

Job credits are no different than job listings. We used such terms exclusively to make sure the employers subscribed to our "Startup" and "Enterprise" plans understand that they can always use the job credits within the given time frame. Please see our pricing page for more info.

  • Do you work with programmatic ad technology companies?

Yes, we do. Please reach out to us if you'd like to discuss in detail. We accept XML feeds only.

  • Do you offer custom pricing?

If you require more than 50 job credits, then we can definitely assist you and offer you a custom quote based on your job posting requirements.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe is our preferred payment gateway partner. We also accept wire transfer, but if you choose to pay for the job listing(s) via wire transfer, it needs to be informed to us prior to signing up as an employer because we can set up your account for you, which will all be communicated via email. Stripe is going to be a straight forward process for the employers.

  • Can we cancel our subscription(s) anytime?

Yes, you are free to cancel your subscription anytime. Please note if you haven't used all the job credits per your subscription plan, they are available to you only until the end of the subscription period.

  • Do you send email alerts or newsletters?

No, we do not send email alerts, newsletters or job alerts.

  • Can we update or change the job details after it goes live?

Yes, you can just sign in to your "Employer" account and make the necessary changes. If you face any issues, then you can always contact us.

  • I signed up as an employer. How long does it take for you to approve?

Our team will review your account and approve manually. We moderate all employer accounts to avoid fake/spam accounts. Please also note if you're approved and you don't post job listings within 24 hours after signing up, then we will be forced to delete your account permanently without notice.

  • If we're not happy with your service, do you offer refund?

No, we do not accept refund requests. If you're subscribed to our "Startup" or "Enterprise" subscription plan, and if we find out your job postings are scam, violate our guidelines, then we will delete your account permanently and manually remove the scam job listing(s), and we will not encourage refunds. The employer's representative must sign up using their official work email address and also must have LinkedIn presence. Our team will take the necessary steps to review and verify legitimate employers and their representatives.

  • How about tracking job applications? Do you have your own tracking links or ATS?

No, we do not. We can recommend a reliable software company or vendor that we are friends with that can help you with tracking links or ATS. We'd be more than happy to introduce you to our connections in the industry. The software or company we are going to be recommending is going to cost you extra if you don't have your own ATS(Application Tracking System).
