Flotex Category Marketing Manager/ Executive

Forbo Flooring Systems is seeking a proactive, creative, and driven individual to take on the role of Flotex Category Marketing Manager. This is your chance to champion a unique product, revitalise its brand, and play a key role in delivering tailored solutions for customers across the UK and Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested, or has experience in marketing, sales, or product management and is looking for an exciting role with plenty of room for growth and development. This role is both a marketing and a serious commercial role.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural "people person" with a passion for building relationships.
A proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and resilience to overcome challenges and think laterally.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
An interest in interior design, building materials, or architecture is a plus.
Marketing and Sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Support and training will be provided. A desire to consistently learn and develop is the biggest single factor.

What You’ll Do:

This is a hybrid marketing role involving extensive collaboration with the sales team and customers.
The focus will be to lead the Flotex sales and marketing strategy for the UK, including developing new tools, driving digital engagement, and elevating brand perception.
To ensure you can really engage with customers you will spend approximately 50% of your time in the field , supporting sales teams and engaging directly with customers.Develop the Flotex brand and product mix working closely with sales, marketing, design and product teams across Forbo.
Contribute to general Forbo marketing communications and oversee marketing for our UK showrooms, ensuring effective representation of Flotex alongside our wider product portfolio.

Location and Travel:

Ideally based near a Forbo site but with flexibility for hybrid or remote working for the right candidate.
Regular travel across the UK, occasional international travel possible.

Package:

Salary, based on experience.
