Location: Manchester (3 days per week)

Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 + 18% pension & a great benefits package!

As the Commercial Management Lead, you'll oversee a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT contracts. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective supplier management, strategic procurement, and the realisation of value for money across multi-million-pound contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the Commercial Management team to deliver exceptional IT and digital solutions.
Overseeing contract negotiations, variations, and supplier performance to meet organisational goals.
Developing and implementing procurement strategies, ensuring legal compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Managing relationships with key suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management.
Evaluating contract performance, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.

What You’ll Need:

A background in commercial management, procurement, and supplier management.
Experience managing high-value contracts (over £10m) and a multi-supplier environment.
Proven leadership skills, including managing teams and overseeing performance.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience at senior levels.
A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; CIPS/IACCM qualifications desirable.
