Responsibilities

A full-time UK sales representative representing Greenmore to liaise with customers in the UK.

1. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Address customer needs and provide solutions through products or services.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

2. Sales Opportunities

Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the UK market.

3. Market Research and Analysis

Research market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Analyse sales performance and market feedback to adjust sales strategies.

4 . Sales Reporting and Documentation

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments in Greenmore

Work closely with other departments in Greenmore to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide feedback from customers and markets to inform product development or marketing efforts.

Qualifications

-At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably sales experience in the UK outdoor furniture

-Customer relationship management

-Understanding of the outdoor furniture market in the UK, including seasonal trends, customer preferences, and competition
