Site Manager - Tamworth Site Manager - a leading privately-owned construction contractor are recruiting a Site Manager to join their growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to work with a company with a solid repeat client base and track record of delivering Design & Build projects ranging from £5m - £35m across the Midlands. The initial challenge is supporting a Project Manager to deliver an exciting new development consisting of new offices, apartments and leisure facilities near Litchfield (£15m). Why Apply? Responsibilities & Duties:

Reporting to a Project Manager on all on-site activities
Planning and scheduling of works to be carried out
Managing sub-contractors and specialist trades
Overseeing Health & Safety on site

Requirements:

Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
CSCS CARD / SMSTS / First Aid at Work
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Strong IT skills
