About the Company - PRS Recruitment Services are a leading supplier in the Facilities Engineering & Support Services, Hospitality recruitment company with offices throughout the UK and Texas USA.
About the Role - We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, working within a dedicated team developing and delivering temporary and permanent staffing within Business Support, Commercial & Administration.
Proactively expand our existing client base, identify and develop new business development opportunities, client networking, client visits.
Provide consultative support to clients/candidates on market conditions/trends/market rates
Managing all aspects of the client/candidate engagement throughout the temporary contract period.
Sourcing and screening applicants through our internal CRM, job boards, social media etc.
Contract management, negotiating fees with clients and pay rates with candidates
Min 1 yr in a recruitment role with temporary recruitment
A competitive basic salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 & Uncapped commission structure.
