This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in managing and optimising the brand’s operations.
As the key link between our studio, UK and European 3PLs, suppliers, customers, and carriers, you will ensure all B2B and B2C orders are processed efficiently and delivered seamlessly. Your focus will include overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, improving workflows, enhancing systems, and minimising costs to drive operational excellence. Manage stock accuracy, goods-in, D2C/B2B order fulfilment, replenishments between warehouses and returns.
Process manual orders (influencer shipments, returns, exchanges).
Coordinate and re-order warehouse supplies (packaging, garment bags) and ensure adequate stock.
Occasional travel to our fulfilment centres.
Collaborate with fulfilment partners to optimise packing, handling, and shipping.
Monitor KPIs for fulfilment, shipping times, and carrier performance.
Shipping
Track, report, and optimise domestic/international shipping, ensuring cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
Work with our global suppliers to organise shipping, labelling, align production and shipping schedules.
Organise and manage urgent shipments with couriers (stylists, factories, influencers).
Evaluate, implement, and negotiate new shipping options and carrier rates.
Oversee wholesale logistics: order processing, shipping, commercial invoices, and client communication.
Complete clerical tasks (product files, commodity codes, barcodes).
General Business
Support product launches, seasonal deliveries, and special projects.
Manage the brand’s barcoding database and provide barcodes to design teams and manufacturers.
Resolve operational issues impacting SLAs and report on performance.
Contribute to e-commerce promotional planning to ensure operational readiness.
Use data to investigate and resolve issues throughout the customer journey, prioritising and delivering improvements.
Strong organisational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
~ Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
~ Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
