Hands-On Leadership : Provide technical expertise to Production and Quality teams and collaborate with customers, toolmakers, and suppliers.
Supplier & Customer Management : Take charge of supplier relations and offer a customer-centric, commercially aware approach.
Spearhead projects to boost cost-effectiveness, ensuring timely and budget-conscious product delivery.
Streamline manufacturing processes, elevate quality, and introduce innovative materials and methods.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work seamlessly with Quality, Production, and other internal teams to drive excellence.
Experience : Proven technical leadership, ideally in plastic manufacturing or related industries.
Expertise in plastic moulding processes.
Skills : Problem-solving, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and strong interpersonal communication.
Relocation : Up to £10,000 for UK candidates
