We are recruiting for an Account Director for a globally recognised FM & Workplace services business. With a truly global reach they manage and deliver wide ranging services into high end workspace for technology, pharma, finance and professional services business's.
As the Account Director you will be responsible for the following key areas.
Management and delivery of IFM services across multiple buildings
Responsibility for a large P&L (5mil)
Driving service improvements and ensuring best in class IFM delivery
Leadership of delivery team
Upskilling and developing future leaders
Identifying commercial opportunities & developing contract scope
Building relationships with exec level stakeholders
We are looking for a dynamic, client facing IFM professional with a track record delivering high end customer service into corporate environments. A Hard FM or engineering background would be advantageous.
