Sales Specialist - REMOTE - Flexible Salary with Uncapped Commission - 100% OTE - Renewables and Sustainability

They are looking for a Sales Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This role is mostly remote, with the exception of being in the office around 1 day per month in any of their regional offices . They are looking for someone with experience in sales with relevant sector experience - Wind, Solar, Gas, Oil, Heat, Power, Education, (Renewables and sustainability).
You will play a key role in identifying market trends, supporting the development of new partnerships, and contributing to the growth of our renewable energy projects. Conduct industry analysis, identifying trends, competitors, and market developments that could influence business growth.
Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide support in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company growth objectives.
Help prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to clients and partners.
Project Support & Proposal Development:
technical, legal, and finance) to ensure the timely and accurate submission of proposals.
Help monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Networking & Industry Events:
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and represent the company.
Participate in developing relationships with industry stakeholders, including local governments, contractors, and consultants.
Assist in the preparation of reports on business development activities, including progress on sales targets and market analysis.
Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure business development goals are being met.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
