What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience in Engineering Recruitment (1+ year) with a strong personal billing record
- Client Development Skills – Experience winning new business and managing client relationships
- Strong Time Management & CRM Skills – Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain structure
- Expert in LinkedIn Outreach and building a personal brand
- Excellent Communication – Skilled in phone calls, video meetings, and relationship-building
- Ambitious & Driven – A self-motivated, results-oriented individual
