The Role:

- Optimise website performance to deliver a seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused experience.
- Oversee online merchandising, ensuring flawless integration of new product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to create a cohesive and impactful customer journey.
- Monitor and analyse ecommerce metrics, using insights to refine strategy and drive growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Currently be working as an Ecommerce Manager, ideally in the luxury or premium sector.
- Be skilled in website optimisation, digital marketing, and driving online sales growth.
- Have an eye for detail and a talent for crafting outstanding user experiences.
- Be data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
