Senior Property Paralegal
A top City law firm is looking for a Senior Paralegal to assist with high value residential property transactions in their Bristol office.
This is a fantastic Property Paralegal opportunity that will involve duties such as:
- Site Set-Up: Assisting with preparing sites for disposal matters connected with large-scale residential developments.
- Legal Documentation: Handling deeds of easements, wayleaves, infrastructure agreements (e.g. Section 38 and Section 104 agreements), substation transfers, transfers of land, deeds of covenant etc
- Asset Management : Managing asset issues related to large-scale residential development schemes, including leases, licences, transfers, and deeds of variation.
- Comprehensive support: Addressing ancillary matters related to large-scale residential developments.
The firm looks to hire a Paralegal who demonstrates:
- 1-2 years Real Estate/Property experience.
