Are you an experienced e-commerce professional with a passion for managing day-to-day operations? Our new e-commerce business, specializing in grocery and other online products, is looking for a dynamic E-commerce Warehouse & Operations Executive to join our team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Track daily orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to meet shipping deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Management:
- Take full responsibility for the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the warehouse environment.
- Stock Management:
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless communication to support business operations.
- Website Support:
- Update product listings and inventory levels on the Shopify website.
- Assist with basic website management and troubleshooting as needed.
- Travel:
- Travel as required for supplier meetings, warehouse visits, or other operational needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including warehouse or office roles.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify websites and similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in any discipline (business, operations, or related fields preferred).
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations.
