They are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their existing team (circa 15), made up of passionate and like-minded Fullstack Java Engineers. As Senior Engineering Manager you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading and ensuring the scalability of their product - both technically (we need someone who enjoys being close to the code!) What we expect from the Senior Engineering Manager:
~10+ years of experience in Java Engineering (ideally with some Javascript)
~Experience scaling/building engineering teams
Java 11-17
Typescript / Next.js
PostgreSQL / Kafka
AWS / Kubernetes / Terraform
10% bonus
