Responsibilities:

Management of various commercial projects varying in size from £1m to £8m.
Supervising and overseeing our package from start to finish, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirement are met, reviewing progress and liaising with the QS to monitor costs
Compiling method statements and risk assessments.
Attending progress meetings.
Coordinating and supervising LOSC and bona-fide sub-contractors.
Ensuring all safety legalisation & method statements are adhered to, carrying out on site risk assessments.
Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety.
Preparation and checking of site reports.

The Person:

You will have proven experience in the curtain walling and rainscreen cladding industry and have an in-depth technical understanding.
Knowledge of the Schuco and Aluprof systems would be advantageous.
A natural communicator, with the ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Proactive and flexible approach, with good problem-solving skills.
