Your responsibilities will include handling diary and email inboxes, incoming enquiries, scheduling meetings and taking minutes, arranging travel, and preparing and maintaining documentation.
Excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written.
Exceptional emotional and relationship intelligence.
Book and manage travel arrangements.
Create and manage all support systems that enhance business effectiveness e.g. shared filing systems, calendars, databases, CRM, Slack, Google Docs etc.
Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
Exceptional planning and time management skills.
Monday to Friday, office-based in Farringdon (EC1M) with some occasional commute to Hayes (UB3).
