Senior Quantity Surveyor required for complex £80m+ residential and commercial construction project with change and variations in South London.
This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years. You will be working as the no 1 on site on a £80m+ 4 block residential and commercial development that requires part demolition and rebuild. This project has over £20m of change so requires a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial lead with experience leading a team on a complex project. This is a full time site based position in South London.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing change and variations. You will come from a Main contractor construction background, and be competent in managing the full lifecycle of projects. Degree in a construction related subject
