- Azure infrastructure, its components and management thereof
- Security integrations/authentication
- Microsoft Office 365
- Cisco – umbrella/ISE
- ITIL
- ISO
- Team management
- Ability to communicate professionally to stakeholders and clients in both technical and non-technical settings
- Budget management and cost reduction management experience
