We are seeking an experienced Crude Oil Trader to manage and develop our Mediterranean and North Sea trading book. You will drive commercial success through effective trading strategies while managing associated risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crude oil trading strategies and develop opportunities in the Mediterranean and North Sea markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute physical and financial trades.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and counterparties.
- Meet crude oil purchase and sales performance targets.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure risk management, and coordinate contract execution.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and offer new business solutions.
- Conduct market research and evaluate new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and trading authority.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in crude oil trading, specifically in the Mediterranean and North Sea.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage risk and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of market research and compliance.
