The Capital Markets group manages Intel's approximate $50B debt portfolio, related asset liability management program, shareholder distribution programs, $15B revolving credit facilities, credit rating agencies, tax credit deals, various structured finance opportunities and more. This position is also responsible for capital structure planning and allocation, creating Board presentations, and will work closely with senior Treasury management, including support for other Treasurer and CFO driven initiatives. This position will also involve frequent communication with Intel's banking partners.
