Responsibilities:Develop and recommend business strategies for managing the outcomes from the regulatory stress testing resultsEstablish clear business guidance and targets to integrate Stress Capital Buffer (SCB) expectations into planningEngage with modeling and quant teams to evaluate and assess the regulatory stress testing resultsDrive strategic initiatives to improve data-driven decision-making around the SCBAdvise senior leaders on the identification and prioritization of stress modeling methodologies and emerging risksManage and direct teams with oversight of direct and indirect teamsPartner closely with the Capital Stress Testing team to benchmark DFAST / SCB results to internal stress testing outcomesRecommend engagement with internal teams regarding DFAST / SCB topics Qualifications:Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience10+ years of relevant experience within financial servicesClear understanding of financial products on a bank's balance sheetDeep knowledge of regulatory stress testing regulations and modeling methodologiesSolid understanding of stress testing function within a bankExperience understanding and evaluating stress testing model resultsEstablished effective leadership, management and influencing skillsDemonstrated excellence in collaboration and partnershipClear concise communication skills, both oral and written – critical story telling capabilitiesExcellent analytical and problem solving abilityAbility to multi-task and ability to work under pressure------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Finance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Balance Sheet Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$170,000.00 - $300,000.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
