Mamoon Hamid, a partner at Kleiner Perkins, recently said that “Rippling’s growth is in the 1% of the 1%. At their scale, they are one of the fastest growing companies in the world.” As a leader on our growth team, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of growth in our Core HR platform, diligently optimizing while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.Working hand in hand with our sales team, you’ll scale the growth engine responsible for our biggest product suite: Core HR. Take ownership of the strategy and execution for generating MQLs (marketing qualified leads) and SQOs (sales qualified opportunities) for Rippling’s highest revenue-generating product, the Core HR platform. You’ll be responsible for ambitious targets, and work cross-functionally across Sales, Growth, and other Marketing functions to hit those goals. Leading a team of high-caliber growth managers focused on various segments (e.g., VC-backed accounts, enterprise, SMB), you’ll also oversee a $XXM budget deployed both through your own directs and through functional teams such as performance marketing and field events.Build, analyze, and iterate on ABM playbooks. Leverage a variety of channels—including email, paid ads, direct mail, content, webinars, and field marketing—to drive pipeline and ROI within our target accounts. Partner closely with GTM teams to gain nuanced insights into different industries and segments. For example, your team might lead initiatives to improve inbound conversion rates or collaborate with Brand Marketing to develop and launch major thematic campaigns that span from brand awareness to bottom-of-funnel demo conversion.Analyze data to identify what’s effective and what isn’t—whether it’s writing your own SQL queries, conducting analyses in Excel or Google Sheets, reviewing email replies, or listening to sales calls.Constantly innovate and push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI. Experiment with new ideas for “hacky” experiments that drive MQLs and SQOs, and then scale the ones that are successful. What you will need8+ years of experience in growth, demand gen, finance, consulting, strategy, or product in a fast-paced, demanding environment, including 3+ years of team management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We move very quickly, and will expect you to set a similar pace for your team and own initiatives end-to-end.Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.Ability to navigate through ambiguity. You know where we need to go, but recognize it won’t always be a straight path to get there.A hacker’s mentality.
