Job Title: Senior Director Corporate Banking
Location: London (Hybrid working)
FPSG are delighted to be working with a leading well-established UK headquartered Corporate Bank. who are embarking on an exciting period of development and investment.
Driving and implementing the Bank’s growth strategy through strong relationships with external professionals and key business introducers across London and the South East. You be responsible for sourcing and delivering new to bank debt led transactions, generating income and returns.
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients including the acquisition of new clients, negotiating appropriately structured and priced facilities in line with risk appetite, capital optimisation and return requirements.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients, brokers and professional advisors, working closely to establish their strategic goals and identifying areas where you can support their future needs in the context of our established risk appetite parameters.
Working with and supporting your team to make sure credit stewardship responsibilities are carried out and high qualities of new and existing lending is maintained
Expert knowledge of the London/South East lending market and in compiling Corporate and Banking transactions, and the ability to convert this knowledge, through excellent credit skills, to complete new to bank lending.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, building instant credibility with stakeholders, and an ability to deliver difficult messages.
Capacity to cope with complex and continually challenging situations and to have a flexible approach to challenges and problems.
Up to date knowledge of financial analysis and modelling tools and techniques.
