Overview :
I am seeking a Fixed Income Attribution Specialist to oversee the attribution output. This role combines expertise in fixed income (and ideally multi-asset) with a strong ability to manage relationships with portfolio managers and develop bespoke client reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attribution Analysis : Own and review vendor attribution output, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with portfolio managers to explain attribution results and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting Development : Create, optimize, and maintain client reporting, leveraging advanced technical skills.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance attribution processes and deliver high-quality outputs.
Skills & Experience :
- Extensive experience in Fixed Income attribution, with additional knowledge of multi-asset strategies preferred.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills for reviewing and validating data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Associate Director level experience, with a proven track record of driving results.
